You have the right, within 21 days from the date of your receipt of the relevant goods, to cancel your contract with us. This right does not apply to goods shown to be non-returnable. For the months of November and December, purchases can be returned by the 31st January.

If you purchased the goods from rafcollection.com, the RAF Collection catalogue or at an air show, and request a returns slip within 21 days of purchase any returns will be accepted. You will then have a further seven days from receipt of your goods returns note to return the goods. Any goods need to be returned in their original condition and with proof of purchase and mode of payment and we will reimburse the price paid less the cost of returning the goods.
